Kayaking can be really relaxing... or a total core and upper body burn. We do both kinds. And we teach you efficiency in your paddle stroke to minimize that burn. 

Nature Force alumni and ACA-certified kayak instructor Chelsie Slaba will be your coach, former Crawdaddy Outdoors staff and former naturalist at Hartman Nature Reserve. We continue to partner with Crawdaddy Outdoors to outfit us with kayaks and equipment and hauling, and Darrin Siefken's infamous "mini tri" lives on: we do a super abbreviated version of a triathlon kayak leg, run leg, and bike leg, and attempt to do expedient transitions in between (like changing shoes and putting on helmets and such). We also spend a few Sunday afternoons playing kayaks on the river, learning to read the river, and hanging out in sisterhood.
