Then your mind gets your attention for a 10-minute psychology activity. It could be about gratitude, motivation, reducing reactivity, or improving heart rate variability. Then it's 10 minutes dedicated to stress reduction practice and meditation. Designed to help you check all the self-growth boxes – efficiently and effectively.
